Sean Thomas, Proposition NS – Neighborhood Stabilization, will review the process for nominating an LRA property for stabilization investment by the city, highlight properties already stabilized, and share some success stories

LRA – Land Reutilization Authority, St. Louis City’s land bank is undergoing organizational changes and therefore unable to present at this time. We will welcome LRA back into our line-up of presenters in 2023.
