Register in advance here. You must be registered in advance to attend virtually and registration is encouraged for in-person gatherings.
This session will feature a panel of lenders:
Randen Click of Gateway Neighborhood Fund will review the focus and criteria for financing through this Community Development Finance Institution (CDFI)
Colleen Hafner of Rise CDFI will review the focus and criteria for financing through this CDFI
Amy Oliver of The Housing Partnership will share details about first time home buyers’ assistance programs
Steve Bahru of CIBC will share the various loan products available through this traditional lender
Greg Gobberdiehl, of Millennium Projects LLC will discuss approaching a development project & financing as a collective venture.
The goal of the Landlord & Rehabber Training Program is to stabilize our communities by building an eco-system of educated landlords, rehabbers, and small developers empowered to reduce vacancy and nuisance. The program will enlist professionals from real estate, property management, law, accounting, preservation, & finance industries to share their knowledge on acquiring and developing real estate and implementing property management best practices.
The 2023 Landlord & Rehabber Training is a Northside-Southside Collaboration between North Newstead Association, The Vacancy Collaborative, Saint Louis University, and Tower Grove Community Development Corp. This FREE training is open to all landlords, property managers, rehabbers, developers, and any interested parties. The Busch Student Center and Laclede parking garage are ADA compliant.
